His practice now is primarily devoted to real estate transactions including acquisitions and sales, development, land use, planning and landlord/tenant. He maintains close contact with clients and real estate professionals.
He has represented not only individuals but banks, real estate brokers, Fortune 500 companies, and developers. He has represented zoning boards, planning boards, municipalities, housing authorities, and counties. His experience includes the entire development process, litigation regarding development approvals and denials, and appellate review.
He and his firm have extensive experience in wills, trusts, probate and estate administration, including numerous will and probate contests.
For several years he was actively involved in the many facets of family law including divorce, custody, support, visitation, guardianships and adoptions.
